Coordinator's Letter:

Already it is the month of hearts and may our hearts be full of peace, joy and gratitude for what we have and what we can give.  Remember February is the month to wear red and help promote women's heart health awareness month as well as remind us and our friends to schedule yearly mammograms.  Every time you sew with red, remember to ask yourself and your friends if they have scheduled their appointment.

March will do just that - march right by us - then we have Spring in the air!  The March meeting will be a trunk show of antique quilts with Maryanne Boberg. Bring your Show & Tell.

The 2008 membership survey had an impressive 63 respondents.  Many of the results are still being tabulated as I write this.  The membership decided to have a quilt show every two years.  Our next show will be in 2009.  More information on date and location at a later time.

Watch our Activities and Events page to see what programs we will be having throughout the year.  Be sure to sign up for the Hyannis Harbor Dessert Cruise for June as soon as you receive the sign-up form.  Only the first 60 members can attend.

If you have comments or suggestions that you would like to share, please use our contact page and we will be glad to respond to you.  Or you may contact me directly by using the telephone number or email in our attractive, newly designed membership directory.

All interested in quilting are welcome to attend our monthly meetings, regardless of your level of quilting.  Beginners through master quilters are always welcome at Cape Cod Quilters group, along with anyone interested in fiber arts.
